          <h1>Company Law Board jurisdiction establishes composition, bench delegation, civil-court powers, and natural justice guidance in proceedings.</h1> The Central Government shall notify constitution of the Company Law Board, appointing a chairman and members with prescribed qualifications; the Board's acts are not invalidated by defects or vacancies. The Board may form Benches and delegate powers; each Bench is vested with specified civil-court powers to compel evidence, examine witnesses on oath and receive affidavit evidence, and its proceedings are judicial for relevant penal and procedural purposes. The Board and Benches must be guided by principles of natural justice and may regulate their own procedure.
