Constitution of Tribunal provision inserted in 1963 was abolished by later legislation, removing the tribunal mechanism. Section 10A fashioned the Constitution of Tribunal under the Companies Act, 1956; it was inserted by amendment effective early 1964 and later omitted by legislation abolishing the companies tribunal regime effective mid-1967, thereby removing the statutory tribunal mechanism.
