Control of winding up funds: payments and securities deposited in winding up are governed by Tribunal orders. Moneys, bills, hundis, notes and other securities paid or delivered into the Reserve Bank in the course of winding up are subject to the orders of the Tribunal, reflecting a substitution of the Tribunal for the Court by a subsequent amendment whose commencement date is not yet notified.
