Alteration registration requirement: companies must file altered memorandum documents for Registrar registration and conclusive certification. A company must file a special resolution or a certified confirming order with a printed copy of the altered memorandum for registration; the Registrar shall register and certify within one month, and the certificate is conclusive evidence that requirements have been complied with, making the altered memorandum the company's memorandum. For transfers of registered office between States, the confirming order must be filed and registered in each State and documents forwarded between Registrars. The Central Government may extend filing or registration time by order.
