Abolition of managing agents regime renders company law schedules on managing agents, secretaries and treasurers redundant and omitted. Schedules VII & VIII of the Companies Act, 1956 concerning managing agents, company secretaries and treasurers are omitted because those provisions became redundant following the abolition of the managing-agents system by Act 17 of 1969, and therefore the related schedules are excluded from later compilations of the Companies Law.
