<h1>National Company Law Tribunal Members Can Resign with Three Months' Notice as per Companies Amendment Act 2002.</h1> The President or a Member of the National Company Law Tribunal may resign by submitting a written notice to the Central Government. Unless permitted to leave earlier, they must continue in their role until the earliest of three months from the notice receipt, the appointment of a successor, or the end of their term. This provision was introduced by the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, effective from April 1, 2003.
