<h1>Tribunal Can Amend Orders Within Two Years for Mistakes Under Section 10FM of Companies Act, 1956</h1> The National Company Law Tribunal is empowered to issue orders after hearing the involved parties, as per Section 10FM of the Companies Act, 1956. The Tribunal can amend its orders within two years to correct any apparent mistakes, provided the error is reported by the parties. Additionally, the Tribunal is required to distribute copies of its orders to all concerned parties. This provision was introduced by the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, effective from April 1, 2003.
