Tribunal amendment power allows correction of apparent mistakes in orders and mandates issuing copies to parties. The Tribunal may pass orders after giving parties an opportunity of being heard; it may amend any order to rectify a mistake apparent from the record within two years of the order, and shall make such amendment if the mistake is brought to its notice by the parties; the Tribunal must send a copy of every order to all parties concerned.
