Upon request and payment of a prescribed fee, a printed or non-printed copy must be provided within seven days. Failure to comply results in fines for the company and responsible officers, with continuing offenses accruing additional fines. The Central Government can mandate immediate provision of the copy. The trust deed is also available for inspection under similar conditions as the company's register of members.
