<h1>Companies' Articles Must Align with Tables C, D, or E; Amendments Allowed if Non-Conflicting per 1960 Act.</h1> The articles of association for companies not limited by shares must conform to one of the Forms in Tables C, D, and E of Schedule I, or a form closely resembling them, as applicable. Companies are permitted to include additional matters in their articles, provided they do not conflict with the provisions of the adopted form from Tables C, D, or E. This provision was amended by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1960.
