Right of employee to inspect bank receipt on request to company or trustees under company law. An employee has a statutory right to inspect the bank's receipt for moneys or securities referred to in the company law provisions by making a request to the company or to the trustees appointed under the trust provision; the company or trustees must permit inspection of the bank's receipt evidencing the deposit or custody of such funds or securities.
