Reduction of company fees allows companies to unilaterally lower and later vary charges under their articles. A company may reduce any specified fee, charge or other sum it is entitled to receive under the statute or its articles, and while the reduction is in force the relevant provision operates as if the reduced amount had been substituted; any such reduction may be cancelled or varied by the company at any time.
