Administrative approval powers: conditions may be imposed and approvals rescinded; applications must bear prescribed fees. The Central Government or Tribunal may accord approvals, directions or exemptions subject to conditions and may rescind them for contravention of those conditions. Unless expressly otherwise provided, every application to the Government or Tribunal for such approvals, directions, exemptions or other matters must be accompanied by a prescribed fee, with allowance for different fees by subject-matter or by classes of companies.
