of <h1>Board Meetings Adjourned for Lack of Quorum Rescheduled to Same Day Next Week, Unless Articles State Otherwise.</h1> If a Board meeting cannot proceed due to lack of quorum, it will automatically be adjourned to the same day and time in the following week at the same location, unless the company's articles specify otherwise. If the rescheduled day is a public holiday, the meeting will be held on the next non-holiday. Compliance with section 285 is not considered violated if a meeting called under its terms is not held due to insufficient quorum.
