Cross-jurisdictional enforcement of winding-up orders: any court can enforce such orders as if made by its own jurisdiction. Orders made for or in the course of winding up a company are enforceable throughout India by the court which would have had jurisdiction if the company's registered office were situated at the other place, and such court enforces the order in all respects as if it had itself made the order.
