<h1>Central Government Can Appoint Member Administration in Tribunal Under Section 10FF, Delegates Administrative Powers.</h1> Section 10FF of the Companies Law empowers the Central Government to designate a Judicial or Technical Member as Member Administration within the National Company Law Tribunal. This Member is granted financial and administrative powers as defined by rules established by the Central Government. The Member Administration is authorized to delegate these powers to other Tribunal officers, provided these officers remain under the Member's direction, supervision, and control. This provision was introduced by the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, effective from April 1, 2003.
