Liquidator remuneration: committee or creditors fix pay, tribunal determines if not fixed; no increases permitted. The committee of inspection, or if none exists the creditors, may fix the liquidator's remuneration; where not fixed it shall be determined by the Tribunal; any remuneration so fixed shall not be increased in any circumstances.
