Stay on legal proceedings: winding up bars suits against company or contributory without Tribunal leave and terms. Where an order for winding up has been made or a provisional liquidator appointed for a registered company, no suit or other legal proceeding in respect of any debt of the company may be commenced or proceeded with against the company or any contributory except by leave of the Tribunal and except on such terms as the Tribunal may impose.
