Wrongful withholding of company property: criminal penalty and court may order delivery, refund or imprisonment. An officer or employee who wrongfully obtains, wrongfully withholds, or knowingly misapplies a company's property contrary to the articles and this Act is punishable on complaint by the company or any creditor or contributory. The court may impose a fine and may order delivery up or refund of the property within a time fixed by the court, with default in complying exposing the person to imprisonment.
