of <h1>National Company Law Tribunal Benches: Judicial, Technical Members Form Special, Single-Member, and Principal Benches for Cases</h1> The powers of the National Company Law Tribunal can be exercised by Benches consisting of a Judicial Member and a Technical Member, as constituted by the Tribunal's President. Single-member Benches may be authorized for specific cases. Special Benches with at least three members are formed for cases involving company rehabilitation, restructuring, or winding up. If Bench members disagree, the majority opinion prevails, or the case is referred for further hearing. The Central Government notifies the number of Benches, including a Principal Bench in New Delhi with authority to transfer proceedings between Benches, with written reasons required for such transfers.
