Application of Fund enables tribunal to finance interim workmen's dues and measures for revival and asset protection. Section 441D authorises the Tribunal to apply the Fund to make interim payments of workmen's dues pending revival or rehabilitation, to pay workmen's dues referred under the relevant provision, to protect assets of the sick industrial company, and to fund revival or rehabilitation measures deemed necessary or expedient by the Tribunal.
