Registration offices: central government may establish offices and appoint registrars for company registration, fix salaries and prescribe seals. Empowers the Central Government to establish company registration offices at chosen locations, appoint Registrars and subordinate registration officers, prescribe regulations governing their duties, fix their salaries, and direct preparation of seals for authenticating registration documents. Until otherwise directed, acts required to be done to or by the Registrar are to be done to or by the existing Registrar of companies or an authorised person, and the Central Government may reassign officers or places if it alters registry constitutions or locations.
