Rectification notice requirement: companies must file notice of register rectification with Registrar following court order. Section 156 formerly required that, where a court ordered rectification of a company's register, the company be directed to file notice of that rectification with the Registrar within thirty days, excluding time taken to draw up and obtain a copy of the court order; the provision has since been omitted by amendment.
