Registration requirements for non joint stock companies: deliver director list, constitutive instrument copy, and guarantee resolution. Section 568 requires delivery to the Registrar, prior to registration of a non joint stock company, of: a list showing names, addresses and occupations of directors and the manager if any; a copy of the constitutive or regulatory instrument (such as an Act, Letters Patent, deed of settlement or partnership); and, for companies to be limited by guarantee, a copy of the resolution declaring the amount of the guarantee.
