<h1>Directors must secure share qualification within two months; any stricter article provision is void.</h1> Every director required by a company's articles to hold a specified share qualification must obtain it within two months of their appointment, unless already qualified. Any article provision demanding share qualification before appointment or within a shorter period than two months is void. The nominal value of these qualification shares must not exceed five thousand rupees, or the value of one share if it surpasses five thousand rupees. Additionally, a bearer of a share warrant is not considered as holding the shares specified in the warrant for qualification purposes.
