Section 10GB ousts civil courts from entertaining suits or proceedings on matters within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal or Appellate Tribunal under the Act or other law, and prohibits courts or other authorities from granting injunctions against actions taken or to be taken pursuant to powers conferred by the Act or other law.
