          <h1>Right to company constitutional documents: companies must provide copies on request for a fee; noncompliance attracts a statutory fine.</h1> A member may require the company to send, within seven days and upon payment of the prescribed fee, copies of the memorandum, the articles (if any), and any other agreement or resolution referred to in the provision insofar as they are not embodied in the memorandum or articles; failure to comply renders the company and every officer in default punishable with a fine up to the amended statutory maximum.
