As of May 7, 2002, this fee is set at Rs. 5,000. For delayed filings, additional fees are imposed based on the duration of the delay: up to one month incurs a one-time fee, up to three months incurs double, up to six months quadruple, up to one year six times, up to two years eight times, and over two years nine times the normal fee. These revised fees apply from May 15, 2002.
