Payment of unpaid or unclaimed dividend: central government may order payment to entitled claimants after satisfaction and security. Any person asserting entitlement to money transferred to the general revenue account may apply to the Central Government for payment; the Central Government, if satisfied-on company certificate or other evidence-that the applicant is entitled to the whole or part, may order payment and take such security as it deems fit. This remedy does not apply to claims in respect of monies transferred to the separately specified fund after the later amendment.
