        Adoption of Table A makes its model regulations the company's articles when articles are absent or silent. Section 28 provides that the articles of association of a company limited by shares may adopt all or any regulations in Table A, and where a company registered after the Act's commencement has no articles, or its articles do not exclude or modify Table A provisions, those provisions shall, as applicable, operate as the company's regulations as if contained in duly registered articles.
