Tribunal officers: Central Government supplies officers and employees who serve under Member Administration supervision and prescribed terms. Section 10FK provides that the Central Government shall provide Tribunal officers and employees who discharge functions under the general superintendence of the Member Administration, and that their salaries, allowances and other terms and conditions of service shall be prescribed.
