Notice of liquidator appointment requires company to notify Registrar within a set period or face daily fines. Companies must give notice to the Registrar of the appointment of a liquidator or liquidators, of every vacancy in the office of liquidator, and of the name of any liquidator appointed to fill such vacancies; the notice must be given within ten days of the event, and default by the company or any officer (including any liquidator or continuing liquidator) attracts a daily penalty for each day the default continues.
