Publication of meeting reports prohibited unless minutes include required matters; company and officers liable to penal fine for non compliance. Section 197 forbids circulation or advertisement at the company's expense of any document purporting to be a report of proceedings of a general meeting unless the document includes the matters required by section 193 to be contained in the minutes; breach renders the company and every officer in default liable to a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
