          <h1>Registrar power to call for information may compel company responses and production of books and officers.</h1> The Registrar may, by written order, call for information or explanation concerning documents filed by a company and prescribe a time for response. The company, its present and former officers must furnish the requested information or produce books and papers if so ordered. Failure or neglect to comply attracts penalties and permits the Court, on the Registrar's application, to order production of records; writings or produced papers may be annexed to the original filing. If disclosures remain unsatisfactory, the Registrar must report to the Central Government.
