Exclusion of time in filing periods: time to draw up and obtain court or tribunal orders is excluded from deadline computation. Where the Companies Act requires an order of the Court or the Tribunal to be filed with the Registrar, a company or any other person within a specified period, the time taken in drawing up the order and in obtaining a copy of it shall be excluded from the computation of that period, except where the Act expressly provides otherwise.
