Addition of respondents: directors or managers may be added as respondents if tribunal is satisfied of sufficient cause. A managing director, any other director, the manager, or any person not impleaded may apply to be added as a respondent to an application under the company remedies; the tribunal may direct such addition if satisfied that there is sufficient cause for doing so.
