Continuation of pending proceedings: registration preserves existing suits but bars execution against individual members; winding up allowed if assets insufficient. Registration of a company does not interrupt pending suits or legal proceedings by or against the company, its public officers, or members; execution on decrees or orders shall not issue against individual members' property or person, and if the company's property is insufficient to satisfy a decree or order, an order for winding up the company may be obtained.
