of <h1>Pending Legal Cases Unaffected by Company Registration; No Execution Against Members' Assets; Winding-Up Possible Under Insufficient Assets</h1> All legal proceedings involving a company or its public officers or members that are pending at the time of the company's registration under this Act may continue as if the registration had not occurred. However, execution cannot be issued against the property or persons of individual members based on any decree or order from such proceedings. If the company's assets are insufficient to satisfy the decree or order, a winding-up order may be pursued.
