        Execution of deeds: company may empower an attorney to execute deeds binding the company as if under its seal. A company may, by writing under its common seal, appoint any person as its attorney to execute deeds on its behalf in or outside India; a deed signed by that attorney and under his seal, where sealing is required, binds the company and has the same effect as if it were under the company's common seal.
