Constitution of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and prescribed qualifications for its Chairperson and Members. The Central Government shall constitute the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal by notification, comprising a Chairperson and up to two Members to hear appeals from the Tribunal; the Chairperson must be a former Supreme Court Judge or Chief Justice of a High Court, and Members must have ability, integrity and at least twenty-five years' special knowledge or professional experience in specified fields deemed useful by the Central Government.
