Certificate of registration: Registrar's certification completes incorporation once registration requirements and fees are met. Upon compliance with the Part's registration requirements and payment of any fees under Schedule X, the Registrar shall certify under his hand that the applicant is incorporated as a company under the Act and, where relevant, that it is limited, and the company shall thereupon be incorporated.
