Registration of charges: company must file particulars; interested parties may register and recover registrar fees from the company. Companies must file with the Registrar particulars of every charge and of any issue of debentures of a series requiring registration; if an interested person effects registration instead of the company, that person may recover from the company the fees properly paid to the Registrar for registration.
