Winding up notification: tribunal must notify Official Liquidator and Registrar within the prescribed period after the order. When the Tribunal makes an order for the winding up of a company it must, within a limited statutory period, cause intimation of that order to be sent to the Official Liquidator and to the Registrar to enable commencement of winding-up administration.
