Meeting notice period: shorter notice allowed with unanimous AGM consent or supermajority consent for other meetings. General meetings require twenty-one days' notice unless shorter notice is consented to: for annual general meetings, by all voting members; for other meetings, by members holding a supermajority of the voting share capital or, if no share capital, a supermajority of total voting power; members entitled to vote only on certain resolutions are counted only for those resolutions.
