Poll procedure: chairman may regulate manner of taking poll and the poll's result constitutes the meeting's decision. The chair of the meeting has power, subject to the Act, to regulate the manner of taking a poll. The result of the poll is deemed to be the decision of the meeting on the resolution on which the poll was taken.
