Override rule: provisions of this Part supersede inconsistent laws, while remaining laws apply to the Producer Company where not varied. This Part contains a notwithstanding provision making its provisions effective despite inconsistency with any other law or instrument, and provides that other laws or instruments shall apply to the Producer Company only insofar as they are not varied by, or inconsistent with, this Part.
