Member benefits: withheld price and patronage bonus distributed proportionately, with limited return on share capital. Subject to the articles, members initially receive value for pooled produce as determined by the Board, with any withheld price payable later in cash, in kind, or by allotment of equity shares proportionate to supplies; members receive only a limited return on contributed share capital (with possible bonus shares), and any surplus after providing for the limited return and reserves may be distributed as a patronage bonus among members in proportion to their participation, in cash or by allotment of equity shares as decided by members.
