Application of fines: court or tribunal may direct fines to meet proceeding costs or reward the informing person. The Court or Tribunal imposing a fine under company law may direct that the whole or any part of the fine be applied towards payment of the costs of the proceedings or towards rewarding the person on whose information or at whose instance the fine is recovered.
