Special user rights can be granted to active producer members as transferable instruments subject to board approval. Active producer members may be granted special user rights in the articles and the Producer Company may issue instruments for those rights; such instruments, after Board approval, are transferable only to other active members. 'Special right' means rights relating to supply of additional produce or other produce related privileges conferred by the Board.
