<h1>Appeal Company Law Board decisions pre-2002 Companies Act amendment within 60 days; possible 60-day extension for valid reasons.</h1> Any individual aggrieved by a decision or order of the Company Law Board, issued before the commencement of the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002, may appeal to the High Court within sixty days of receiving the decision or order. The appeal must address a question of law arising from the order. The High Court may permit an extension of up to sixty additional days for filing the appeal if it is convinced that the appellant had a valid reason for the delay.
