Appeals against Company Law Board orders: High Court jurisdiction on questions of law, appeal within sixty days, limited extension. Section 10F allows appeals to the High Court from Company Law Board decisions or orders on questions of law, to be filed within sixty days of communication; the High Court may, for sufficient cause, extend that period by up to a further sixty days. The provision limits appeals to legal questions and notes its temporal applicability to orders made prior to the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002.
