Staffing of Appellate Tribunal requires designated officers and employees under the Chairperson's superintendence with prescribed service terms. The Appellate Tribunal must be provided with officers and other employees to enable its functioning; those officers and employees discharge functions under the general superintendence of the Chairperson, and their salaries, allowances and other conditions of service are to be prescribed.
