of <h1>Company Law Board Empowered to Act as Tribunal u/s 74(2) of Companies Act, 2013 Until Further Notice.</h1> The Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Fourth Order, 2014, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, empowers the Company Law Board to exercise the jurisdiction, powers, authority, and functions of the Tribunal as per sub-section (2) of Section 74 of the Companies Act, 2013. This arrangement will remain in effect until the Central Government notifies a date under sub-section (1) of Section 434 of the same Act. The Order was enacted under Section 470 of the Companies Act, 2013, and is effective from its notification in the Official Gazette.
